Certainly one of the greatest features and, what will become for many, the highlight of their stay with us is, the meals you will enjoy at Casali di Bibbiano.

Alberto has always been fully dedicated to using the freshest seasonal local ingredients that are available in the nearby town of Buonconvento and our own organic garden. Leading our kitchen and slow food program is Casali’s personal chef, Massimiliano “Max” Izzo.  Committed wholeheartedly to his talent and passion, Max has won awards for his craft over the 20 years of experience in both Italy and abroad in Ireland.

Villa guests will delight in rising to our bountiful breakfast buffet with Max’s homemade breads and pastries, to our selection of cereals and freshly cut fruit salad.  Max is also available to prepare farm fresh eggs to your taste buds content.
