The cuisine of Casali di Bibbiano is one of the true highlights of any stay at our villas.  

As a prominent restaurateur, Alberto was dedicated to using the finest, locally-sourced ingredients available – including those grown in our own organic garden.  We are committed to continuing and extending this tradition of fine dining and service that he began.  The culinary experience at the Estate is a primary focus and continues to be the source of lasting memories for all our guests.  

A  breakfast buffet is served daily with a selections of homemade breads and pastries, cereals and fresh fruit.  We also prepare farm fresh eggs upon request.  

Additionally,  we offer private indoor and outdoor dining experiences for lunch and dinner with wine pairings.  All lunch and dinner reservations must be booked in advance.   

Cooking Classes are also available upon request.
